THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR BOUDOIR EXPERIENCE
A boudoir session might look like a photoshoot.
But inside the studio, it’s really just a handful of people
making sure you feel comfortable, supported, and seen.
Boudoir didn’t start as a business idea for me.
It started as something I needed.
I grew up around women who struggled deeply
with how they saw themselves.
My biological mom criticized every body she saw.
My adoptive mom never really felt comfortable in her own skin either.
And somewhere along the way I learned the same thing
most girls learn:
That your worth is tied to how your body looks.
Self-portraits changed the way I saw myself.
Not perfect.
Just human.
The women who walk into my studio
are all different.
Different bodies.
Different stories.
Different reasons for being there.
But most of them have spent years
putting themselves last.
Boudoir gives them a moment
to see themselves again.
A boudoir session with me usually includes:
nervous laughter
me saying “trust me on this pose”
fixing a strap
celebrating little confidence wins
You don’t need to know how to pose.
You don’t need to feel confident first.
You just need to show up.
A quick heads up about me:
I'm a little awkward sometimes.
I will absolutely hype you up.

Meet Timothy – The Brains, The Muscle, and the Comic Relief
Timothy is the behind-the-scenes brain and muscle of Empowering Studios. While I’m pouring my heart into the art, he’s making sure the numbers add up, the emails don’t get lost, and the heavy equipment actually makes it from the car to the studio. He’s our in-house bookkeeper, problem solver, and set-builder extraordinaire—aka the guy who keeps the chaos in check.
But he’s not just “all business.” Timothy is creative as hell, goofy when the vibe needs it, and constantly bringing fresh ideas to the table. He’s also a huge animal lover, which means if there’s a stray, a foster, or a new pet to care for, he’s probably already halfway to adopting it.
When he’s not helping me run this dream, you’ll catch him gaming, working his full-time job, or trying (unsuccessfully) to domesticate one animal or another. Honestly, Empowering Studios wouldn’t be what it is today without his love, logic, and steady support.
